Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete the records we hold about you. Here is how to ask and what happens next.

How to request

1. Send an email to info@finanssehirexpert.com with "Data deletion request" as the subject.
2. Or call our office on +90 216 519 36 46.
3. Include your name and the phone number you shared with us so we can verify your identity.

How long does it take?

We complete the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, and tell you the outcome the same way you contacted us.

What gets deleted

• Your contact details: name, phone number, email.
• WhatsApp conversations and meeting notes we hold about you.
• Your property request record and appointments.

If you are a party to a rental contract that is still in force, some records cannot be deleted while our legal retention obligation lasts. In that case we tell you in writing which records are kept and why.
